How does Get It Simplified help with the licensing process?
We take the confusion and frustration out of licensing by
organizing your paperwork, filling out applications, and ensuring
everything is submitted correctly. We also keep track of important
deadlines so you don’t have to.
What are Terms of Service?
Terms of Service are like the boundaries in a good therapeutic
relationship—clear, supportive, and there to keep things running smoothly.
They outline
what we offer, what you can expect, and what we ask of you in
return.
Think of them as our way of creating a safe and ethical space, just like
you do with your clients. No surprises, no unnecessary jargon—just the
important stuff to keep things fair and functional. So take a deep breath,
maybe grab a cup of tea, and give them a quick read. We promise it’s
lighter than your ethics textbook.
So what are our Terms of Service?
Here’s the fine print, so you don’t have to look for it! We like to
keep things simple and straightforward—just like our services. Here’s what
you need to know:
✅ What We Do:We help make the licensing process easy by
assisting with applications, renewals, and professional education. While
we handle the paperwork, processing times are up to the state licensing
boards.
💳 Payments & Refunds: Payment is due upfront unless we offer a
payment plan. Need a refund? You’ve got 24 hours (minus any fees)
unless we’ve already started working. If we have, you can still get
50% back within a week—after that, refunds are limited.
📌 Your Part: You’ll need to
answer emails, provide accurate info, and complete any steps that
only you can do
(like sending transcripts). You’re also responsible for any state or
third-party fees.
🚫 What’s Not Allowed: Our forms, content, and materials are
ours—so no copying, sharing, or redistributing them without
permission.
🔒 Privacy & Data: We collect your info to help with your
application, keep track of your past services, and occasionally send you
useful updates. Don’t want marketing emails? Just let us know! We
never sell or share your data.
⚖️ Liability: We do everything we can to make the process smooth,
but we can’t control how long a state board takes to process your
application. We’re not responsible for delays, lost job
opportunities, or anything out of our hands.
🔄 Updates & Termination: We may update these terms from time to
time. If someone violates our policies, we have the right to stop
providing services.
📍 Legal Stuff: We’re based in Georgia, USA, and if
there’s ever a dispute, it’ll go through arbitration instead of
court.

Who is this service for?
Our services are designed for
mental health professionals —including
therapists, social workers, psychologists, and other licensed
professionals
—who need help navigating the licensing process.
Which states does Get It Simplified support?
Eventually we will be in all of them! But we're not quite there yet. We
are currently taking Master’s Level Clinician license applications in New
York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Telehealth Licenses in Florida.
If you are in a different state and still want our help, reach out to

Do you assist with both initial licensing and renewals?
Yes! Whether you’re
getting licensed for the first time or renewing an existing license, we can help.
Can I apply for multiple state licenses at once?
You certainly can and reach out ot us to discuss the details! You might
even get a discount!
How does your autofill feature work?
This is cool futuristic AI technology that we are developing to make
applications so simple and easy and with a few simple questions will get
your applications sent off and filed… So futuristic that its still in the
future, so we’ll keep you posted.
Pricing & Payments
How much does it cost to use Get It Simplified?
During our beta testing phase our pricing is being quoted on a case by
case basis, and applications can range from $99-$499.
Is this a one-time fee or a subscription?
It’s a one-time payment upfront, unless we offer a special
payment plan or financing option.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! If a payment plan or financing promotion is available, you’ll see it
at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
Glad you asked! We like to keep things simple and stress-free (because you’ve got enough on your plate).
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay for that oh-so-satisfying double-click checkout, and Link by Stripe for an extra smooth payment experience.
Just easy, secure ways to pay—no hassle, no headaches.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes—state licensing boards charge their own fees, and you are responsible
for covering those. You can either pay them directly or
include them in your total charge when purchasing our services.
Do you offer refunds if I don’t get approved?
Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase (minus any fees),
unless we’ve already started working on your application. If work
has started, you may still get a 50% refund within one week. After
that, refunds are limited.
Licensing & Application Process
How long does the licensing process take?
Processing times depend on your state’s licensing board, so it
varies. While we move quickly on our end, delays from state agencies,
supervisors, or mail services are out of our hands.
What happens if my state's licensing forms change? Will you update them?
Absolutely! We stay up to date with
state licensing requirements and make adjustments as needed.
Do you help with supervision and experience verification forms?
Yes, if you or your supervisor have kept logs or records we will help get
your forms filled out signed and filed.
If you need help calculating hours, reach out to use for the cost to add
on this service at an additional charge.
Do I still need to submit paperwork to my state, or does Get It Simplified
handle that?
Typically we will handle this, unless you prefer to do the easy parts
yourself.
Can you help me track required CEUs for renewal?
Yes! This will be a standard feature on our website soon, but if you’re
interested in being a beta tester for this service just schedule a call or
shoot us an email!
Does Get It Simplified guarantee my license approval?
We do everything possible to make sure your application is complete
and accurate, but we can’t guarantee approval since that decision
is up to your state board.
What happens if I make a mistake on my application?
If you notice a mistake, reach out ASAP! We’ll help correct it whenever
possible.
Reminders & Notifications
Do you offer reminders for renewal deadlines?
This is part of our renewal package, currently in beta testing so email
us, or schedule a call if you are interested.
Can I set custom reminders for my CEU requirements?
Sure!
Will I get notified about policy changes affecting my license?
We will try to stay abreast of all policy changes in the states that we
operate, but can not guarantee that we will be the first to hear about
policy changes.
How will I receive my reminders (email, text, app notifications)?
You will select your options when you purchase the plan between email,
text, Whatsapp or a combination.
Privacy & Security
Is my personal information secure when using Get It Simplified?
Yes! We take data privacy seriously and ensure that your
information is secure.
Do you store my social security number or other sensitive data?
We will need you social security number and some sensistive data to fill
out most applications, however
you will have an option to have us store this data securely for your
convenience, or to have it cleared from our servers after your
application has been approved and your new license has been granted.
Do you share my information with third parties?
No! We never sell or share your data with anyone.
What security measures do you have in place to protect my data?
Our website and forms all use secure and encrypted technology that conform
with the highest standards of Data protection.

Nope.
Can I update my information after submitting my application?
After you send us your information? Of course! After we have submitted your application to the board? It's complicated, so reach out and we will help you figure out what to do.
How do I cancel my subscription (if applicable)?
Trick question! We don’t yet offer any subscriptions! If we did, we would make it simple though, thats kind of our thing.
What happens if I lose access to my account?
Just reach out, and we'll take care of it for you.

Do you offer services for international therapists looking to get licensed in the U.S.?
Yes, but this will require a sales call to determine elligibility and pricing.
Can employers use Get It Simplified for their employees?
Yes.
And by yes, we really mean, only if they want to make more money and simplify their business growth!
