  • Get It Simplified is your go-to service for stress-free mental health licensing. We assist with applications, renewals, and professional education, making sure your paperwork is handled efficiently so you can focus on your career.

  • Here’s the fine print, so you don’t have to look for it! We like to keep things simple and straightforward—just like our services. Here’s what you need to know:

    What We Do: We help make the licensing process easy by assisting with applications, renewals, and professional education. While we handle the paperwork, processing times are up to the state licensing boards.

    💳 Payments & Refunds: Payment is due upfront unless we offer a payment plan. Need a refund? You’ve got 24 hours (minus any fees) unless we’ve already started working. If we have, you can still get 50% back within a week—after that, refunds are limited.

    📌 Your Part: You’ll need to answer emails, provide accurate info, and complete any steps that only you can do (like sending transcripts). You’re also responsible for any state or third-party fees.

    🚫 What’s Not Allowed: Our forms, content, and materials are ours—so no copying, sharing, or redistributing them without permission.

    🔒 Privacy & Data: We collect your info to help with your application, keep track of your past services, and occasionally send you useful updates. Don’t want marketing emails? Just let us know! We never sell or share your data.

    ⚖️ Liability: We do everything we can to make the process smooth, but we can’t control how long a state board takes to process your application. We’re not responsible for delays, lost job opportunities, or anything out of our hands.

    🔄 Updates & Termination: We may update these terms from time to time. If someone violates our policies, we have the right to stop providing services.

    📍 Legal Stuff: We’re based in Georgia, USA, and if there’s ever a dispute, it’ll go through arbitration instead of court.

  • We take the confusion and frustration out of licensing by organizing your paperwork, filling out applications, and ensuring everything is submitted correctly. We also keep track of important deadlines so you don’t have to.

  • Our services are designed for mental health professionals—including therapists, social workers, psychologists, new graduates, and other licensed professionals—who need help navigating the licensing process.

  • Eventually we will be in all of them! But were not quite there yet. We are currently taking Master’s Level Clinician license applications in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Telehealth Licenses in Florida.

Pricing & Payments

  • During our beta testing phase our pricing is being quoted on a case by case basis. and applications can range from $99-$499.

  • It’s a one-time payment upfront, unless we offer a special payment plan or financing option.

  • Yes! If a payment plan or financing promotion is available, you’ll see it at checkout.

  • Everyone you can think of!

  • Yes—state licensing boards charge their own fees, and you are responsible for covering those. You can either pay them directly or include them in your total charge when purchasing our services.

  • Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase (minus any fees), unless we’ve already started working on your application. If work has started, you may still get a 50% refund within one week. After that, refunds are limited.

Licensing & Application Process

  • Processing times depend on your state’s licensing board, so it varies. While we move quickly on our end, delays from state agencies, supervisors, or mail services are out of our hands.

  • Absolutely! We stay up to date with state licensing requirements and make adjustments as needed.

  • Yes, if you or your supervisor have kept logs or records we will help get your forms filled out signed and filed.

    If you need help calculating hours, reach out to use for the cost to add on this service at an additional charge.

  • Typically we will handle this, unless you prefer to do the easy parts yourself.

  • Yes! This will be a standard feature on our website soon, but if you’re interested in being a beta tester for this service just schedule a call or shoot us an email!

  • We do everything possible to make sure your application is complete and accurate, but we can’t guarantee approval since that decision is up to your state board.

  • If you notice a mistake, reach out ASAP! We’ll help correct it whenever possible.

Reminders & Notifications

  • This is part of our renewal package, currently in beta testing so eamil us, or schedule a call if you are interested.

  • Sure!

  • We will try to stay abreast of all policy changes in the states that we operate, but can not guarantee that we will be the first to hear about policy changes.

  • You will select your options when you purchase the plan between email, text, Whatsapp or a combination.

Privacy & Security

  • Yes! We take data privacy seriously and ensure that your information is secure.

  • We will need you social security number and some sensistive data to fill out most applications, however you will have an option to have us store this data securely for your convenience, or to have it cleared from our servers after your application has been approved and your new license has been granted.

  • No! We never sell or share your data with anyone.

  • Our website and forms all use secure and encrypted technology that conform with the highest standards of Data protection.
